This is an unpaid internship.
Agency Description:
NG offers nutrition education, hands-on cooking, and fitness programs for elementary school age children.
Intern Responsibilities:
Intern will assist with various aspects of nutrition, cooking, fitness activities for children ranging from 1st-5th grade. Intern will also help with the prep, set-up and clean-up of the program.
Interns will fill in needed hours by other activities, such as writing blog posts, social media, or curriculum research. This will be determined by intern’s interests.
Other Requirements:
Enjoy working with children. Have an interest in nutrition and health

There will be multiple class sites during this time period. All will be at school sites in Santa Cruz:
- DeLaveaga Elementary: 1145 Morrissey Blvd, Santa Cruz, CA 95065
- Green Acres Elementary: 966 Bostwick Ln, Santa Cruz, CA 95062
- Del Mar Elementary: 1959 Merrill St, Santa Cruz, CA 95062
